Shipping Policy

At Glamrous Girl Studio, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Shipping Charges

    • A Rs. 200 advance payment is required as shipping charges for all orders.
    • The remaining balance (if applicable) will be collected through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
    • The Rs. 200 advance shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
    • Shipping charges are included in the final order confirmation.

    Order Confirmation

    Orders will only be processed after the Rs. 200 advance shipping payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

    Delays

    Unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your package arrives damaged or you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
