Refund Policy

Glamrous Girl Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Advance Shipping Charges

• The Rs. 200 advance shipping charge is non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order or provides an incorrect delivery address, the advance shipping payment will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
